On the basis of this feedback, if there is a need for change in the facilities being provided, then a decision can also be taken on that. And if any problem is noticed during the journey in the primary trains of Pune division, then it should be acted upon to avoid such problems in future. The problems that have come to notice should be rectified in primary maintenance so that when the train goes on the next trip, the passenger satisfaction should improve.
