The unusual incident surfaced after Mihir Gahukar shared a video on Instagram with the text, “We got locked in our own balcony at 3am, so we did this.” What followed was a mix of panic, creativity, and comedy that quickly caught social media’s attention.
As shown in the clip, Gahukar and his friend accidentally locked themselves out on their apartment balcony in the middle of the night. Their parents were fast asleep inside the house, and waking them wasn’t an option — not out of fear, but because they knew it would lead to serious scolding and chaos. With no spare key in hand and no way to get back in quietly, they had to think fast.
That’s when the duo came up with an unconventional idea: ordering from Blinkit.
Once the delivery agent arrived, one of the friends called him and carefully explained their strange situation. The video captures him calmly giving step-by-step instructions — where the key was kept, how to unlock the main door, and how to enter the house silently without disturbing anyone.
