According to Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP), the incident occurred in the Yerwada neighborhood, where the accused allegedly shot the victim with a double-barrel gun during an argument on Thursday.
The victim has been admitted to a local hospital and is undergoing treatment for his injuries. Police officials acted promptly, detaining the accused at the scene and taking him into custody.
