Pune: PMRDA Commissioner Dr. Yogesh Mhase Interacts With Homeowners, Addresses Housing Project Issues
Pune: Dr. Yogesh Mhase, Metropolitan Commissioner of Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA), emphasized the resolution of issues in PMRDA housing projects while keeping citizens’ interests in mind. He directed the prompt resolution of challenges faced by apartment owners during his visit to housing projects and land sites under PMRDA’s jurisdiction.
Dr. Mhase recently inspected the ongoing Phase 1 and Phase 2 housing projects in Plot No. 12 under PMRDA, noting their progress. He instructed officials and contractors to ensure that challenges faced by apartment owners in previous projects are not repeated in the new ones. During the visit, he interacted with homeowners from the earlier housing project and confirmed that most of their concerns had been resolved through the administrative system.
Organizing Citizen Visits:Â Â
Dr. Mhase directed the relevant authorities to arrange citizen visits to ongoing housing projects at Plot No. 12. He noted that the work is progressing with quality and speed, and citizens should have the opportunity to witness it. Special buses will be arranged in the coming days for citizens from different regions to visit these projects. He also instructed officials to record citizens’ suggestions and make necessary changes based on feedback, said Dr. Dnyaneshwar Bhale, Public Relations Officer, PMRDA.
