Pune Police Extern 10 History-Sheeters For Two Years
Pune, August 21, 2025 – Ten history-sheeters from Loni Kalbhor, Kondhwa, and Wanwadi have been externed from Pune for two years as part of a crackdown on serious criminal activities, including armed robbery, illegal possession of weapons, and spreading terror.
Deputy Commissioner of Police (Zone V) Dr Rajkumar Shinde announced the action on Tuesday, stating that the measure aims to reduce crime and ensure public safety.
From Kondhwa: Karim Sayyadali Saudagar alias Lala (29), Metro Tower, Shahrum Ramzan Pathan alias Fateh (25), Bhagyodaya Nagar, Azhar Bashir Shaikh (35), Shivneri Nagar and Azhar Irfan Sadasya alias Ajju (28), Bhagyodaya Nagar.
These individuals face multiple charges, including possession of illegal weapons, assault, robbery, threats, and damaging public property.
From Wanawadi: Rahul alias Vicky Ramu Pardeshi (35), Vishal Raju Sonkar (26) and Sunil Ramu Pardeshi (30)
All three residents of Wanwadi Gaon have seven criminal cases against them, ranging from grievous hurt and threats to obstructing government work.
From Loni Kalbhor: Aniket Gulab Yadav (22), Kadam Wak Wasti and Prasad alias Babu Dhanaji Sonawane (21), Naigaon Road, Theur
Yadav faces five cases involving armed robbery and illegal firearms, while Sonawane has three similar cases against him.
Another individual, Vishwajit Bhimrao Gaikwad (40) of Bhimnagar, Kondhwa Khurd, has been externed for his involvement in selling illicit liquor.
DCP Shinde stated, “Since January, Zone 5 has taken strict action against 114 criminals, including 16 under MPDA and 67 arrested under MCOCA. So far, 31 offenders have been externed to curb their activities.”
