Pune: ‘Shivsrushti’ To Organise Various Programs to Mark 350 Years Of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj’s Coronation
Visitors to get one free entry pass after buying one on their visit to Shivsrushti on 20 June. This free entry pass can be used in next 350 days after June 21, 2024.
Pune, 18 June 2024: Shivsrushti has organized various programs to mark 350 years of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj’s Coronation on Thursday 20th June 2024. Shivsrushti is a mega historical theme park in Narhe- Ambegaon based on Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, conceptualized by the Late Padma Vibhushan Shivshahir Babasaheb Purandare and developed by the Maharaja Shivchhatrapati Pratishthan.

All visitors will be given free entry to Shivsrushti on Thursday, June 20. On this day, the visitor is entitled one free pass which can be redeemed in the next 350 days on any one day.
Vineet Kuber, Trustee of Maharaja Shivchhatrapati Pratishthan informed that all visitors will be given a free entry pass that can be redeemed on any one day within the next 350 days.

Speaking about the coronation of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, he said, “The accession of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj was the biggest historical event for Maharashtra and Marathi people. Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj’s dream of Hindu Swarajya was fulfilled with this event and Swarajya got its first Hindu Chhatrapati emperor.”

Adding further he said, “To mark the 350th anniversary of this mega event, we at Shivsrushti have organized many interesting programs. The day will begin at 9am with Chandrakant Patil, State minister offering a flower garland to Shivaji Maharaj’s portrait. After that, various dignitaries will visit Shivsrushti throughout the day amongst who will be Madhavi Lata of the Bharatiya Janata Party, who recently contested the Lok Sabha elections from Hyderabad. She will visit Shivsrushti at 4 pm. Apart from this, Shivshahir Babasaheb Purandare’s descriptive audio-visual speech on Shivrajyabhishek will also be available for visitors to watch through the day.”
