Pune: Two Men Found Hanging from Tree in Pimpri Chinchwad’s Moshi, Police Begin Probe
Pune: The bodies of two men were discovered hanging from a lemon tree in the Moshi area of Pune district on Friday, prompting a police investigation.
The deceased have been identified as Tushar Dhage (25) and Sikandar Shaikh (30), both residents of Jamkhed taluka in Ahilyanagar. According to officials from the MIDC Bhosari police station, the bodies were found near Bharatmata Chowk in Khirid Vasti.
“Initial investigation suggests the two were friends and had arrived in Pune a day earlier from their native village, Hunda Pimpalgaon,” said a police official.
Authorities have registered a case and further investigation is underway to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident.
