Pune: Urgent Traffic Police Deployment Needed At Marvel Sangria & Palace Orchards Junction On NIBM RoadÂ
Pune, 22 July, 2024 – Daily commuters are struggling with severe traffic congestion at the Marvel Sangria & Golden Court Zudio Junction due to the absence of traffic police. This critical intersection, which experiences heavy traffic from three converging roads, is overwhelmed by 2/3 wheelers, water tankers, RMC vehicles, commercial trucks, and JCBs, along with long queues of cars. The situation demands immediate attention from Pune Traffic Police to manage and streamline the traffic, especially during peak hours from morning and 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
The road narrows down between Marvel Sangria and Palace Orchards making it impossible to drive and leads to traffic congestion. Another reason for congestion is the newly developed shops on the side of the road between Palace orchards to Marvel Sangria. PMC must take action against them as they have come up only in the last two years. PMC must widen the road and make way for vehicles.
There is an urgent need of Traffic personnel at this junction to control the flow of vehicles, the local residents are appealing to Pune Traffic police authorities to deploy few police personnel at this junction.
