Pune last week saw a unique exhibition titled A Moment In Infinity which opened at Vida Heydari Contemporary on 22 August, 2024.
“A Moment in Infinity,” opened at VHC to great acclaim, marking yet another milestone in the gallery’s commitment to showcasing contemporary art in Pune. This group show features the works of 11 contemporary photography practitioners, each exploring the ephemeral and the eternal through their distinct lenses. The preview of the exhibition was a resounding success, attended by a diverse audience of art enthusiasts, collectors, and other artists. The atmosphere was charged with excitement and curiosity as guests were introduced to a captivating array of visual narratives that blur the boundaries between reality and imagination.
Notably, three of the featured artists—Abhishek Dasgupta, Devashish Sharma, and M. Pravat—were present during the preview. Their presence added a unique dimension to the evening, allowing visitors to engage directly with the artists and gain deeper insights into the inspirations and techniques behind their work.
