Pune Weather Update: Rainfall likely from 9 and 10 Jan; Clear skies from 11 Jan
The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) Pune has predicted that rainfall at several places in Maharashtra is very likely from 9th and 10th January. After that, from 11th January, the skies are predicted to be clear.
As per further information from the X handle of Dr Anupam Kashyapi, Head, Weather Forecasting Division, IMD Pune “Under influence of WD & its interaction with E-ly winds,fresh rain spell with thunderstorm activity/very light to light rain likely over areas of Maharashtra along with NW & Central India during 9-10 Jan.”
In Konkan-Goa, Madhya Maharashtra, Marathwada, Vidarbha, from 9th to 10th January, rainfall is predicted to be there at some places. From 11th January, the skies are predicted to remain clear.
In Pune, from 9th and 10th January, the skies are predicted to remain partly cloudy, becoming generally cloudy sky from time to time, thunder activity, lightning, light rain likely.
From 11th January, the skies are predicted to remain mainly clear.
