The Rishabh Family Trust, with Rajivnayan Bajaj, Managing Director of Bajaj Auto, as a trustee, has purchased a 1.15-acre property in Pune’s Koregaon Park for ₹72 crore. The transaction, finalized in December 2024, included a ₹5.04 crore stamp duty and a ₹30,000 registration fee. The land spans 4,667.30 square meters and features a bungalow and an outhouse, with a built-up area of 16,080 square feet.
Deepa Bajaj, wife of Rajiv Bajaj, signed the deal on behalf of the trust. Koregaon Park, known for its upscale lifestyle and luxury real estate, is a highly sought-after location.
Koregaon Park is known for its luxury residences, trendy cafes, and vibrant lifestyle, making it a prime location for high-end real estate. This acquisition highlights the Bajaj family’s continued interest in premium real estate, following other notable purchases.
