Shankar Jagtap Receives Strong Support from Chinchwad Housing Societies
Chinchwad: “I am contesting this year’s assembly election with a single goal: the comprehensive development of the Chinchwad constituency. Over the past decade, with the help of late MLA Lakshmanbhau and MLA Ashwinitai, we have been successful in addressing many issues faced by the societies in the constituency. However, I am committed to raising the remaining problems of these societies in the Legislative Assembly and ensuring that their voices are heard, ultimately bringing about development that residents can be proud of,” assured Shankar Jagtap, the Mahayuti candidate for Chinchwad constituency, to the residents of housing societies.

An election meeting for Jagtap, the official candidate of the BJP-Shiv Sena-NCP-RPI (Akhilesh) alliance, was held at the Runwal Classic Society in Thergaon.
Present at the meeting were former Deputy Mayor Tushar Hinge, former Corporator Abhishek Barne, former approved member Sandeep Gade, Tanaji Barne, Dinesh Yadav, Kundan Singh, Ashok Bankhele, Balwant Phawde, Arun Gaykwad, Rajendra Shelke, Santosh Tekale, D.M. Kole, Tushar Nanekar, Madhukar Ambre, along with society members, residents, and Mahayuti workers in large numbers.
Speaking at the event, Shankar Jagtap emphasized that elections should be fought on the issue of development, not on accusations, caste, religion, or misleading voters. “During the Lok Sabha elections, the opposition misled the public with false narratives. However, I am confident that this time, the people will not fall for such tricks and propaganda,” he said.
For years, residents of not only the Chinchwad constituency but also the entire Pimpri-Chinchwad city have faced numerous problems. Many of these issues are fundamental. “We have been continuously working to resolve these problems. However, I am committed to raising the issues of society residents in the government and working towards their resolution,” Jagtap assured the housing society members.
Meanwhile, all the flat owners in Runwal Classic Society unanimously decided to vote for BJP and send Shankar Jagtap as their representative to the Legislative Assembly.
