Three-Day Traffic Block on Mumbai-Pune Expressway from January 27 to 29 for Bridge Construction Work

Mumbai: A traffic block has been planned on the Mumbai-Pune Expressway for three consecutive days, from January 27 to January 29, 2025. The Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC) will be carrying out girder installation work for a bridge at kilometer 58/500 (Dongargaon/Kusgaon) on the Pune-bound carriageway.

The scheduled work will take place between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM on all three days. During this period, traffic heading from Mumbai to Pune will be diverted via the National Highway 48 from the K.M. 54/700 Walwan Diversion to the Varsoli Toll Plaza, through Dehuroad.

Meanwhile, traffic traveling from Pune to Mumbai will remain unaffected and continue on the Mumbai-bound carriageway of the expressway. After 3:00 PM each day, the Pune-bound traffic will resume on the expressway.
