In preparation for Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s meeting at the race course ground in Pune, strict security measures have been implemented. Led by Police Commissioner Amitesh Kumar and Joint Police Commissioner Praveen Pawar, arrangements have been meticulously planned to accommodate the expected crowd of activists from both the city and district.

The area surrounding the race course ground resembles a fortified camp, with a significant deployment of police personnel. Traffic diversions have been enforced since Monday morning, particularly on the Pune-Solapur road, redirecting vehicles to alternative routes.
Undercover police teams have been stationed in the vicinity, ensuring vigilant surveillance. The Prime Minister’s Special Security Team has meticulously inspected the meeting venue, dictating settlement arrangements based on their directives.

Early morning sweeps by the bomb detection and disposal unit have further fortified security measures. Additionally, stringent checks await attendees as workers arriving for the meeting will undergo thorough scrutiny before gaining entry.

To streamline the arrival process, attendees are advised to park their vehicles approximately one and a half to two kilometers away from the race course, where they will then proceed to the designated meeting area. Supplementing the security presence are teams from the Rapid Action Force, strategically stationed at the meeting venue to respond promptly to any unforeseen circumstances. As preparations reach their culmination, residents are urged to cooperate with security protocols for a successful and incident-free event.
