A tragic road accident on the Khamgaon-Shegaon highway at Jaipur Lande Phata claimed five lives and left six others critically injured early Wednesday morning around 5 AM.
According to police reports, an ST bus traveling from Pune to Paratwada was hit by a Bolero. Immediately after, a private travel bus coming from behind crashed into the ST bus, resulting in a triple collision.
The impact of the accident was severe, leading to the death of five people on the spot, including the Bolero driver from Shegaon. Six passengers sustained critical injuries and were rushed to government hospitals in Khamgaon and Akola for urgent medical treatment.
