Voters should give majority votes to Ashwini Jagtap, says Pankaja Munde

Former minister and senior BJP leader Pankaja Munde was in Pune to campaign for Bharatiya Janata Party Chinchwad Constituency candidate Ashwini Jagtap on Sunday, February 19. In her speech, Munde stated that the Chinchwad constituency voters should give majority votes to Ashwini Jagtap. This would be a tribute to Late Laxman Jagtap. She further stated that Late Laxman Jagtap raised various issues of the city. He resolved many issues of the city when the BJP Sena government ruled in Maharashtra. The present government has resolved the penalty tax issue also of the residents. This is time to choose Ashwini Jagtap and vote for her in majority which would be a tribute to Laxman Jagtap. She was speaking at the Sabha held in Rahatani on Sunday, February 19. Many other dignitaries like MP Shrirang Barne, former MLA Amar Sable, BJP Pimpri Chinchwad City president MLA Mahesh Landage, MLA Uma Khapre, and many others.

Munde said, “Late Gopinath Munde got elected as MP and cabinet minister. But six days after that he passed away. His sudden demise was a big shock for us as well as his well wishers and supporters. I can fully understand what it means to handle the responsibilities. I am seeing the struggle Ashwini Jagtap is going through. As a woman, I feel proud that she has been carrying herself well even when she has lost her husband. But she is confidently speaking in her campaigns. It is now the residents turn to vote for her. Today, I am here to pay tribute to Late Laxman Jagtap and also to support my sister Ashwini Jagtap.”

Shrirang Barne, Member of Parliament said, “Ashwini Jagtap’s win in the by-polls election is confirmed. There are many issues which have been resolved by the Sena BJP govt. People should vote on the development work being done by Jagtap.”
