Weather Alert: Cold Wave Continues In Maharashtra; Temperature To Drop In Several Districts Today
Maharashtra, November 14, 2025: Maharashtra is experiencing fluctuating temperatures, with a persistent cold wave affecting various regions of the state.
Dhule recorded the lowest temperature at 8.9°C, while Vidarbha and North Maharashtra are seeing temperatures between 12–13°C. Residents are facing chilly mornings followed by sunny afternoons.
On 14th November, the weather is expected to be mostly clear across the state:
- Mumbai and suburbs: Clear skies, maximum temperature around 33°C, minimum 20°C.
- Konkan region (Palghar, Thane, Raigad, Ratnagiri, Sindhudurg): Dry weather expected.
- Pune and Western Maharashtra: Clear skies with dry conditions, maximum 30°C, minimum 14°C.
- Marathwada (Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Jalna, Parbhani, Beed, Hingoli, Nanded, Latur, Dharashiv): Mostly clear, maximum 31°C, minimum 14°C.
- North Maharashtra (Nashik): Clear skies, maximum 29°C, minimum 12°C.
- Vidarbha (Nagpur, Akola, Amravati, Buldhana, Gadchiroli, Gondia, Bhandara, Chandrapur, Wardha, Washim, Yavatmal): Clear skies with chilly mornings, maximum 28°C, minimum 13°C.

The Meteorological Department has warned that the cold wave will continue, and residents are advised to take necessary precautions. The drop in temperatures may also pose a threat to tur crops, and farmers are urged to take protective measures for their fields.
