In the video, the woman, identified as Pragati Sangle, recounts her frustrating experience while purchasing a metro ticket. She explains how she paid Rs 50 for a Rs 18 ticket, expecting Rs. 2 in change. However, she was only given Rs. 30 back, leading to a heated exchange over the remaining Rs. 2.

Expressing her dismay, she says, “How are you going to take Rs. 2 from thousands of people like me every day? This cannot go on.” She suggests alternatives like accepting chocolates instead of change and emphasizes the importance of treating customers with respect.

The video, shared on Instagram by Pragati Sangle, has garnered attention from thousands of users, with many expressing solidarity with her plight. 

One user commented, “Those who work hard for their money truly understand its value.” 

Another praised her courage, remarking, “This girl is brave.”
