Pune Civic Body Proposes Rs 67.3 Crore Underpass To Ease Traffic Congestion Near MundhwaÂ
The Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) is inviting residents to submit their grievances and suggestions through the Citizen Participatory Budget Form for the fiscal year 2025-26. This initiative aims to gather public input to inform the budgeting process and address community concerns.
While some residents have welcomed this opportunity to contribute, others remain skeptical due to past grievances that have not been addressed.
Punekars can fill out the participatory budget form online at [https://pbpune.pmc.gov.in](https://pbpune.pmc.gov.in). The deadline for submissions is August 30, 2024 and are available at all 15 Ward Offices Of Pune, free of cost, or can be downloaded from the website. The forms have been accepted from August 1, 2024.

This program represents PMC’s effort to involve citizens more directly in shaping local development priorities, though its effectiveness will be judged by how well past issues are resolved and future needs are met.
