Rinku Rajguru read out a poem she had written during a podcast, sparking widespread discussions.

Rinku Rajguru is a popular actress in the Marathi film industry. She made her acting debut with Nagraj Manjule’s film Sairat, where she played the role of Archi. Her portrayal of Archi was so well-received that fans now recognize her primarily by that name. Rinku is always in the spotlight, and recently, an interview she gave has gone viral on social media. During this interview, she read out a poem, leaving fans curious about who the poem was meant for.

In a recent interview with the podcast Whyfal, Rinku reminisced about her childhood, school, home, and her parents. When asked if she still spends time with her friends from her hometown of Akluj, she mentioned that she doesn’t have many friends. “I should have friends, but I didn’t make many in school. After the fourth grade, I went to a girls’ school where I made a few acquaintances, but I later realized that I couldn’t consider them my best friends,” she explained.

Rinku further shared that she often felt that friendships were motivated by self-interest, which she dislikes. “I am a thoughtful and emotional person, and I find such situations troubling. Therefore, I don’t get very close to anyone. My mother is my closest friend, and I tell her everything,” she said. When asked if she still writes despite not having friends, she replied, “I used to write before, but I stopped writing a few days ago.”

She then read her poem: “When he is not here, that empty room says a lot… Maybe his absence is the reason I feel him… When I look inside myself, he is there, with someone else. Perhaps he has lost me now, but I still find myself with him… Finding myself in his false world, is that my reality? Even today, looking at that empty room and feeling him, is that my goodness?”
