On Saturday, Pimpri Chinchwad Police Commissioner Vinay Kumar Choubey (IPS) personally addressed citizen complaints at the Sangvi Police Station. A total of 596 complainants visited the police stations across the city, and 396 complaints were resolved on the spot.

Every Saturday, all 18 police stations in Pimpri Chinchwad observe ‘Complaint Redressal Day,’ supervised by senior officers under the leadership of Commissioner Choubey. The initiative is aimed at ensuring swift action and accountability at all levels of the police force.

Citizens dissatisfied with responses from local police teams are encouraged to visit any police station on Saturdays to meet with senior officers, ensuring their concerns are heard and resolved effectively.
