Flipkart Announces Big Diwali Sale with Major Discounts on Smartphones and More
Following the recent Big Billion Days event, Flipkart has revealed its Big Diwali Sale, offering significant discounts across a wide range of products, including smartphones. The sale will kick off on October 21, with early access for Flipkart Plus members starting at midnight on October 20. Shoppers can expect deals on smartphones, laptops, tablets, accessories, and other electronics.
Exciting Offers During the Diwali Sale
As per Flipkart’s announcement, a smartphone originally priced at Rs 19,999 will be available for just Rs 9,999 during the sale. Shoppers can take advantage of a flat Rs 1,500 bank discount, an exchange bonus of Rs 5,000, and an additional Rs 3,500 discount, leading to a total savings of Rs 10,000 on selected phones. No-cost EMI options will also be available, and SBI cardholders can receive up to 10% cashback. Those using Flipkart Axis Bank cards will benefit from unlimited 5% cashback on all purchases.

Similar to the Big Billion Days Sale in September, the Diwali Sale will offer discounts on smartphones from top brands such as Apple, Samsung, Poco, Realme, Xiaomi, Motorola, and Vivo. While specific deals haven’t been revealed, shoppers can expect significant savings on a variety of models, similar to the previous promotion.
Apart from smartphones, the sale will include deals on accessories, tablets, and laptops. Customers can also look forward to exclusive offers on items like chargers and data cables.
Meanwhile, Amazon is running its own Diwali Special Sale, building on its Great Indian Festival Sale, which began on September 27. Amazon’s sale includes substantial discounts on smartphones from brands like Samsung, Realme, OnePlus, iQOO, and Apple, with additional bank discounts of up to 10%.
