The Anti-Corruption Bureau of Rajasthan recently carried out raids in Jaipur, Hanumangarh, Delhi, and Ghaziabad related to Chhatrapal Singh, the group general manager (technology) of Raj Comp Info Services Ltd., a government entity. The investigation focuses on allegations that Singh possesses numerous luxury cars and properties that exceed his known income sources.

Despite earning a salary of Rs 1.5 lakh, investigators found that Singh had accumulated wealth inconsistent with his earnings. The raids resulted in the seizure of high-value assets, including luxury cars like a Porsche and a Land Rover, as well as several expensive bikes from brands such as Triumph and BMW. Additionally, documents for two costly flats owned by Singh were discovered during the operation.

The flats owned by Chhatrapal Singh are situated on Ajmer Road, and he also possesses a house in Mahadev Nagar, Sodala. During the raids, authorities discovered Rs 6 lakh in cash. In addition to the cars and properties, documents related to a spa center named Simply Divine in Raja Park were found, along with information about a Trust called Happy Heart Foundation registered in Ashok Nagar, both operated by Singh and his family. The Land Rover Defender alone is valued at over a crore, and photographs suggest he may have purchased a used Porsche Cayenne SUV, likely costing at least Rs 10 lakh. A new Mahindra Scorpio N 4×4 high-end model is around Rs 25 lakh, while a Thar 4×4 is approximately Rs 20 lakh. The premium bikes in his collection also cost several lakhs. All these assets have been seized, and the agency has identified multiple bank accounts, insurance policies, and a bank locker associated with Singh and his family.

Apart from seizing the assets, the agency is investigating Chhatrapal Singh’s travel history to determine if he owns any properties outside India. They are also looking into his foreign trips and stays at luxury resorts. A search warrant was obtained after a case was registered against him.

Reports indicate that Singh’s total assets are valued at around Rs 14 crore, which includes the expensive cars mentioned earlier. Cabinet Minister Kirodi Lal Meena has raised concerns with the Minister of State for Home, Jawahar Singh Bedham, regarding an alleged Rs 3,500 crore scam in the Department of Information Technology and Communication (DOIT). Raj Comp, the firm associated with Singh, provides consulting services and manages the state government’s IT infrastructure. In addition, the Enforcement Directorate has begun its own investigation into Singh’s activities.
