PCMC to hold Ploggathon on November 21 at 64 locations

Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation has organised a mega Ploggathon drive on November 21 between 7 am to 10 am at 64 locations under 32 prabhags.
The information was announced at a meeting held at Auto Cluster in Chinchwad.

Rajesh Patil, commissioner, Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation said, “Our aim is to make PCMC clean and green and it will be achieved by everyone’s participation. Citizens should participate in large numbers in Ploggathon activity.”
The meeting was organised by PCMC and saw presence of Additional commissioner Vikas Dhakne, Deputy commissioner Sandeep Khot, Ashadevi Durgude, Regional Officer Sitaram Bahure, inspectors, chief health officer, assistant health officers, Sonam Deshmukh, Mandai Association, Senior Citizens Forum’s, Vendor Association, Autorickshaw Union, Ganesh Mandal’s, AG BVG Sanstha, Contractor, Residential societies, hotelier association and many NGO’s.

Rajesh Patil stressed that citizens participation in making our city clean and green is of utmost importance. Disposing waste responsibly has become very important.
