Thergaon Social Foundation comes to rescue of motorists near Wakad
Members of Thergaon Social Foundation on Sunday morning were informed about oil spill near Aditya Birla hospital. One of the members of TSF Rahul Sarwade immediately rushed to the spot and helped the motorists to drive slowly while crossing through the path.
He too informed Fire brigade who rushed to help out the stranded vehicles. The vehicular traffic was immediately diverted and traffic was stopped from the flyover. A total of 50 vehicles mainly two wheelers met with minor accidents who were given first aid while others were rushed to nearest hospital.
Fire brigade officials helped in clearing the way by spilling mud on the road and further cleaning it water. The traffic was then allowed to drive once the road was cleared off the issues.
