Traditionally, this thali consists of 56 diverse dishes offered to Hindu deities. Now, envision a similar thali concept focused solely on chaat. Indeed, a food vlogger has posted a video on Instagram showcasing Nagpur’s renowned 56 Bhog Chaat Thali, which boasts an impressive selection of chaat varieties.

He starts by pouring four distinct types of flavorful water to accompany the pani poori: raw mango, jaljeera, garlic-infused, and a tangy-spicy mix. Following that, he places the crispy pooris into the bowls, which are then filled with mashed potatoes, garlic chutney, and mint chutney, all topped with bhujia.
To complete this chaat experience, the man enjoys a selection of pineapple juice, yogurt, rose-flavored yogurt, and rajbhoj yogurt. What a mouthwatering feast!
Viewer reactions have been a blend of enthusiasm and humor, as many have shown interest in trying the thali, while others have made light-hearted comments regarding its possible cost or flavor.
In addition, many felt this version of the conventional dish was not up to the mark as reflected in some comments. “If you come to Indore, be prepared to face a lot of criticism; you might just end up drowning in it!,” says a comment that originally appeared in Hindi.
Many also enquired about the price. “Price hoga 5000 (The price must be Rs 5000),” says one user. “Maybe ye itna tasty nahi hoga but hygienic hain (This might be not that tasty, but it looks hygienic),” says another user.
