Under Section 140(B) of the Maharashtra Municipal Corporations Act, property owners or housing societies that install any two of the three projects—solar energy systems, rainwater harvesting, or vermiculture composting—will be eligible for a 10% rebate on property tax. Those implementing at least one project will receive a 5% rebate.
