Pune News: Viral Video Shows Mob Assaulting Zomato Delivery Boy in Pimpri Chinchwad
Recently, a shocking video has gained widespread attention, depicting a delivery worker from a well-known company being brutally attacked by a group of individuals in the Morwadi area of Pimpri Chinchwad, which is under the jurisdiction of the Sant Tukaram Nagar Police Station.
 The footage suggests that the delivery worker is associated with Zomato, a prominent food delivery service. This alarming incident took place around midnight last night near Samrat Chowk, in the vibrant Ajmera Colony.
 A resident, alarmed by the noise, stepped onto their balcony and witnessed the violent altercation. They recorded the distressing scene, which has since gone viral on various social media platforms.
A police official said that all individuals involved in the incident are currently at the police station. He mentioned, “A complaint will be filed soon.
The incident happened yesterday late at night. The exact reason for the fight and additional details are awaited. We will investigate the matter when the complaint is registered.”
The Pimpri Chinchwad Police have called in the individuals involved, and a formal complaint is likely to be filed soon. As the investigation progresses, more details regarding the reason for the altercation and other relevant information are expected to emerge.
