Shah Rukh Khan To Move Out Of Mannat, Shift To Pali Hill | Check SRK’s Luxury Apartment Rent & New Neighbors!
Mumbai: Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan and his family are set to temporarily shift from their iconic residence, Mannat, in Bandra to a luxury apartment complex in Pali Hill. The move, scheduled for May, is to facilitate extensive renovations at Mannat, which include structural modifications and expansion.
New Temporary Residence
The Khan family, including Shah Rukh, his wife Gauri, and their children Aryan, Suhana, and AbRam, will reside in the Puja Casa building, a high-end residential complex in Pali Hill. The family has leased two duplex apartments, covering four floors (first, second, seventh, and eighth) in the 15-story building.
The lease agreement, signed for three years, requires a monthly rent of ₹24.15 lakh, with a total security deposit of approximately ₹69 lakh. The combined carpet area of their new residence is around 10,500 sq. ft., which is nearly half the size of Mannat’s 27,000 sq. ft.
Star-Studded Neighbors
Puja Casa is co-owned by veteran filmmaker Vashu Bhagnani and his children, actor-producer Jackky Bhagnani and producer Deepshikha Deshmukh. The Bhagnani family resides in the same building, making them Shah Rukh Khan’s temporary neighbors.
Renovation at Mannat
The renovation at Mannat is expected to take at least two years. The bungalow, originally named ‘Villa Vienna,’ was acquired by Shah Rukh Khan in 2001 and later renamed ‘Mannat’ in 2005. Due to its status as a Grade III heritage structure, expansion plans required legal approvals.
The temporary relocation ensures that the Khan family experiences minimal disruption while their landmark home undergoes transformation.
With this shift, the Bollywood megastar will be in close proximity to several other celebrities residing in the Pali Hill area, reinforcing the locality’s reputation as one of Mumbai’s most prestigious addresses.
