Pune: Residents of NIBM road, Kausar Baug, and Parge Nagar have raised serious concerns over the deteriorating cleanliness situation in their neighborhoods.

Large piles of uncollected garbage are accumulating, creating an unhygienic and unpleasant environment. Despite paying high municipal taxes, residents claim that they are not receiving adequate waste management services from the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC).

The issue has sparked frustration among locals, who have now appealed directly to the Pune Municipal Commissioner for urgent intervention.

If the ward office is facing a shortage of cleaning staff, we request an increase in ground personnel to ensure regular waste collection and disposal, residents stated in their appeal.

As the garbage crisis worsens, citizens are demanding immediate action under initiatives like Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, urging authorities to restore cleanliness and hygiene in the area.
