Pune EOW Releases Lists For DSK Investors; Document Verification Scheduled From September 8–12

Pune: To ensure law and order, prohibitory orders have been imposed in Pune Rural District from March 22 (12:05 AM) to April 4 (12:00 AM) under Section 37 (1) and (3) of the Maharashtra Police Act, 1951, as per an order issued by Additional District Magistrate Jyoti Kadam.

As per the directive, the following activities have been strictly prohibited during this period:

  • Carrying incendiary or explosive substances, weapons, stones, or objects that can cause bodily harm.
  • Displaying or burning pictures of individuals, symbolic corpses, or images of leaders.
  • Shouting loud slogans, playing musical instruments, or making inflammatory speeches that could harm decency, morality, or state security.
  • Distributing articles among the public or engaging in acts that may disrupt law and order.
  • Gathering of more than five people under sub-section (3) of Section 37 of the Maharashtra Police Act, 1951.

The authorities have warned that any violation of these orders will lead to punishment under Section 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act, 1951.
