PUNE: Marking a significant step toward sustainability, Ganga Glitz Building No. H CHS Ltd. located in Undri inaugurated a 20kW solar power system on the festive occasion of Gudi Padwa and Eid-ul-Fitr. Installed by Solar Square, this green initiative underscores the society’s commitment to renewable energy and cost efficiency.
The project was made possible through the collective efforts of residents and the unwavering dedication of the managing committee. Special recognition goes to Chairman Najmi Surti and Secretary Joel Jacob, along with the entire committee, for their hands-on involvement in ensuring the smooth execution of this initiative.
With the installation of solar panels, the society is projected to save approximately ₹6 lakh annually on electricity costs while reducing dependence on conventional energy sources.
