Pune: Water Supply Disruption in Katraj on April 17 Due to Pipeline Repairs
Residents of Katraj and surrounding areas will experience a water supply interruption on April 17, as the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) carries out essential repairs on a major pressure pipeline near Agam Mandir. In addition to fixing the leakage, the PMC will also conduct structural maintenance at the Rajmata Subway, which may further impact local infrastructure.
The Water Supply Department has announced that normal water service may resume with reduced pressure and possible delays on April 18. Citizens are advised to store adequate water in advance and use it judiciously during the repair period.
