Mumbai, July 16: Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has sold an apartment located in Mumbai’s upscale Bandra West for ₹5.35 crore. The deal, which was registered on Tuesday, includes a built-up area of 1,318 sq ft along with three dedicated car parking spaces in a premium residential tower.
According to documents accessed by real estate platform SquareYards.com via the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) portal, the transaction also involved a stamp duty payment of ₹32.01 lakh.
The identity of the buyer has not been disclosed. However, the sale has garnered attention due to the actor’s strong connection with the Bandra area, where he also resides in the iconic Galaxy Apartments.
Salman Khan, an Indian actor and film producer, has been a prominent figure in the Hindi film industry since the 1990s, with a massive fan following across the country and abroad.
Bandra West continues to be one of Mumbai’s most premium real estate markets, known for its mix of luxurious apartments, vintage bungalows, and high-end commercial developments.
