Pune: PMC Naval Kishore Ram Inspects Nagar Road–Vadgaon Sheri Area Under Swachh Abhiyan, Reviews Cleanliness Measures
Pune, September 1, 2025: Under the Swachh Pune Abhiyan, Municipal Commissioner Naval Kishore Ram conducted an inspection of the areas under the Nagar Road–Vadgaon Sheri Regional Office on September 1, 2025.
Present during the inspection were Sandeep Kadam, Deputy Commissioner (Solid Waste Management); Madhav Jagtap, Deputy Commissioner, Ward No. 1; Sheetal Wakde, Assistant Municipal Commissioner; along with all senior health inspectors, health inspectors, supervisors, and the entire Human Matrix team.
During the visit, the Municipal Commissioner guided all present officials regarding the importance of maintaining public cleanliness and the steps needed to successfully implement the Swachh Pune Abhiyan. He emphasized the need for coordinated efforts and proper monitoring to ensure cleaner surroundings in the Nagar Road and Vadgaon Sheri areas.
Following the inspection tour, the Commissioner instructed that a meeting be held to plan the necessary measures for improving sanitation and solid waste management in the area.
Accordingly, a review meeting was immediately conducted at the regional office level to discuss further actions and ensure proper implementation of directives for the campaign’s success.
