Woman Smokes in AC Train Coach, Arguments With Passengers Caught on Camera
A viral video from a train’s air-conditioned coach has sparked debate on social media after a woman was caught smoking inside and got into a heated argument with fellow passengers.
In the clip, the woman is seen smoking while a co-passenger records the incident. When confronted, she demands the video be deleted, saying, “You are making a video. This is very wrong. Tell him not to make my video and delete it.” The man responds that smoking is illegal inside the train and asks her to step out if she wishes to smoke.
The exchange quickly escalates, with the woman insisting, “I am not spending your money to smoke. This is not your train. Go call the police.” Another passenger then steps in angrily, reminding her that smoking is strictly prohibited in AC coaches.

The video, shared by X user @tusharcrai, was captioned in Hindi highlighting that smoking in public violates others’ rights and urging the Railway Ministry to impose strict fines and punishment. The official Railway Seva handle later confirmed that the matter has been forwarded to concerned authorities for action.
The incident triggered mixed reactions online. While many criticized the woman for disregarding rules and others’ health, some argued she agreed to step outside but was unnecessarily heckled. A few also raised concerns about recording and sharing such videos, calling it a violation of privacy.
