Pune, October 3, 2025: Representatives from numerous housing societies in Pimpri Chinchwad convened today to collectively address pressing civic challenges and strengthen the voice of residents in local governance. A meeting was held today led by Sachin Londhe. 

The meeting focused on several key issues, beginning with the growing concern over irregular water supply. Participants shared experiences and prepared to submit letters to authorities highlighting these problems. To facilitate this, letter templates and guidance were provided, enabling societies to present their concerns systematically.

In addition, the gathering included a session with police representatives, fostering direct communication between citizens and law enforcement to discuss safety, traffic management, and community policing. Residents were also introduced to the TrafficBuddy chatbot, an innovative tool designed to assist citizens in reporting traffic issues and receiving timely updates, helping to improve road safety and civic engagement.

Beyond these points, attendees discussed a range of other issues affecting their neighborhoods, including maintenance, cleanliness, and public infrastructure concerns. By uniting under a common platform, the housing societies aim to ensure their collective concerns are heard and addressed effectively by local authorities.
