A young boy was injured after being attacked by a German Shepherd that had reportedly been let off its leash by its owner. Eyewitnesses recall that a group of children were playing within the society premises when a pet owner entered the area with the dog. In an unexpected move, the owner allegedly unhooked the leash, allowing the large dog to roam freely. Within moments, the German Shepherd began chasing the children, ultimately targeting one young boy.
