What Is Bungee Jumping?

Bungee jumping is an extreme adventure sport in which a person leaps from a tall structure while secured with a large elastic cord attached to their feet or harness. The jumper experiences a rapid free fall followed by a rebound as the elastic cord stretches and recoils. Popular worldwide, the activity relies on precise safety equipment and strict operational protocols.
