According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), most regions will witness dry and hot weather, with maximum temperatures ranging between 30°C and 36°C, while minimum temperatures will stay between 18°C and 24°C.
Rainfall probability remains negligible, and skies are expected to remain clear to partly cloudy, with strong afternoon heat across the state.
Regional Weather Forecast
Konkan Region
The Konkan belt will experience hot and humid conditions. In Mumbai, temperatures are expected to range between 30–32°C (max) and 22–24°C (min), with high humidity causing discomfort.
Areas like Ratnagiri and Alibag are likely to record 31–33°C, with strong sunlight and no rainfall. Coastal tourists have been advised to remain cautious due to heat exposure.
Pune and Western Maharashtra
In Pune, temperatures will hover around 32–34°C (max) and 18–20°C (min).
Regions such as Solapur and Kolhapur may touch 33–35°C, with dry and hot conditions prevailing. Farmers have been advised to plan irrigation carefully for rabi crops due to low moisture levels.
North Maharashtra
Nashik is expected to record 31–33°C, while Dhule and Jalgaon may experience higher temperatures between 34–36°C. Although light cloud cover is possible, rainfall chances remain minimal.
Marathwada Region
Marathwada will experience intense heat, with temperatures ranging between 33–35°C, and minimum temperatures between 19–21°C. The weather will remain dry, with strong afternoon sun, raising concerns over water scarcity for agriculture.
Vidarbha Region
Vidarbha is likely to be the hottest region in the state. In Nagpur, temperatures may reach 34–36°C, while Amravati and Chandrapur could see highs of 35–37°C. Minimum temperatures will stay around 20–22°C. Residents have been advised to increase water intake and avoid direct sun exposure.
