As per the latest forecast, maximum temperatures are expected to rise by 2–3°C, while minimum temperatures will also remain above normal levels, leading to uncomfortable and dry weather conditions across the state. Regional Weather Forecast for Maharashtra
Konkan Region
On February 26, Konkan will witness partly cloudy to clear skies. In Mumbai, temperatures are expected to range between 28–30°C (maximum) and 23–25°C (minimum). High humidity levels will cause humid and sultry conditions, increasing discomfort. Citizens are advised to stay hydrated and avoid prolonged outdoor exposure during peak afternoon hours.
Western Maharashtra
Cities including Pune, Satara, Sangli, and Kolhapur will continue to experience dry weather conditions.

North Maharashtra

Marathwada Region

Vidarbha Region
Vidarbha is expected to record the highest temperatures in the state. Cities including Nagpur, Amravati, Akola, Washim, Yavatmal, Chandrapur, Gadchiroli, and Buldhana will face intense heat.

Dry winds in some areas may further worsen heat stress and dehydration risks.
