Pune Airport Ranked No. 1 In India For Service Quality, Award Ceremony On March 31
Pune, March 30, 2026: Pune has earned national recognition once again, with Pune Airport securing the top rank in India for passenger service quality, according to an official survey.
The ranking is based on the ACI-ASQ (Airport Service Quality) Survey 2025, conducted across airports in the country. The survey evaluated passenger satisfaction on key parameters such as cleanliness, security, check-in processes, staff behavior, and overall facilities. Pune Airport emerged as the best performer, reflecting consistent improvements in services, efficient management, and high-quality passenger experience.
As per data released by the Airports Authority of India (AAI), Goa Airport secured the second position, while Indore Airport ranked third in the survey.
In recognition of this achievement, officials from Pune Airport will be felicitated at a special programme on March 31, 2026, marking the 31st anniversary of the Airports Authority of India.
Union Minister of State for Civil Aviation, Murlidhar Mohol, welcomed the achievement, calling it a matter of pride. He stated that the recognition reflects the airport’s continued efforts to deliver excellent services and assured that Pune Airport will remain committed to providing world-class facilities to passengers in the future.
This milestone adds another feather to Pune’s cap, reinforcing its growing reputation as a leading aviation hub in India.
