Pune: Fire Breaks Out At Pravin Masale Company In Hadapsar Industrial Area; No Injuries Reported
Pune, April 2, 2026: A fire broke out on the second floor office of Pravin Masale Company located in the Hadapsar Industrial Estate under Pune Municipal Corporation limits on Thursday.
According to fire officials, the blaze was suspected to have been caused by a short circuit in the office area. Upon receiving the alert, four fire tenders rushed to the spot. Fire personnel wearing breathing apparatus (BA sets) entered the smoke-filled premises and initiated firefighting operations.
Teams accessed the upper floor using both staircases, opened office windows to ventilate the area, and prevented the fire from spreading further by promptly dousing the flames.
The fire damaged air conditioners, furniture, important documents, and other office materials.
No injuries or casualties were reported in the incident.
Firefighters from Hadapsar Fire Station, BT Kawade Fire Station, Kalepadal Fire Station, along with support from the Central Fire Station, were involved in the operation and successfully brought the situation under control.
