Reliance Jio has introduced a new entertainment-focused prepaid OTT Pass offering access to 15 streaming platforms, more than 1,000 live TV channels, 30GB high-speed data and unlimited 5G benefits for 28 days.

The newly introduced Jio OTT Pass comes with subscriptions to 15 OTT platforms, access to over 1,000 live TV channels30GB high-speed data, and unlimited 5G connectivity for eligible users. The plan remains valid for 28 days.

The company said the offering is aimed at users who consume content across multiple streaming platforms and prefer bundled access through a single recharge instead of maintaining separate subscriptions.

The OTT bundle includes popular platforms such as YouTube Premium, Prime Video Mobile Edition, JioHotstar, Sony LIV, ZEE5, Lionsgate Play, Discovery+, Sun NXT, FanCode, Hoichoi, Chaupal, Planet Marathi, Tarang Plus and Kanchha Lannka.

Apart from OTT content, subscribers will also get access to more than 1,000 premium live TV channels through the JioTV application. These include channels from networks such as JioStar, Sony Entertainment, Sun TV Network, Warner Bros. Discovery and ETV.

The company has clarified that sports channels are not included in the offering.

The Rs 200 recharge is a data-only add-on pack and does not include voice calling or SMS benefits. Users will receive a total of 30GB high-speed data during the 28-day validity period. Eligible subscribers with an active base plan will continue to get unlimited 5G access till the validity of their existing plan expires.

Jio has also stated that benefits related to YouTube Premium and Amazon Prime Video Mobile Edition will need to be activated through the MyJio app, while access to other OTT platforms can be managed through the JioTV mobile application using the customer’s Jio number login.

The telecom company said the OTT Pass is available through multiple recharge platforms, including MyJio, Jio.com, retail stores and third-party recharge apps.

The launch comes at a time when telecom operators are increasingly focusing on content-driven plans to improve customer engagement and retain subscribers amid growing competition in the streaming and digital entertainment space.
