Mumbai, June 4, 2026: The Directorate of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education has announced the schedule for the regular second round of the centralized online admission process for Class 11 admissions for the academic year 2026-27. Students will be able to complete new registrations, make corrections to their applications, and submit their preferred junior colleges between June 6 and June 9.

According to the Directorate, a total of 12,51,259 students have registered for the Class 11 admission process so far, while 4,51,052 students have already confirmed their admissions. The second round of the admission process will commence on June 6.

Students can edit Part 1 of their application forms and fill in their junior college preferences in Part 2 from 8 am on June 6 until 6 pm on June 9. Applicants can select a minimum of one and a maximum of ten junior colleges as their preferences. Locking the application form after submitting preferences will be mandatory.

The admission allotment process will be conducted between June 10 and June 12. The second-round admission allotment list, cut-off list, and related details will be published on the admission portal at 10 am on June 13. Students will also receive admission updates through SMS.

Students allotted seats in the second round can complete document verification and confirm their admissions at the respective junior colleges between 12 noon on June 13 and 6 pm on June 16. During the same period, colleges will also complete the admission confirmation process.

After the completion of all admission-related procedures for the second round, the schedule for the next round will be announced on June 18. Details of vacant seats will be published on the portal at 11 am on June 19.

The Directorate of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education has urged students, parents, and junior colleges to complete all admission-related formalities within the stipulated timeline. It has also advised applicants to refer to the official admission portal for detailed information and updates regarding the admission process.
