Ketan Agarwal Murder Case: Court Sends Siya Goyal And Chetan Chaudhary To Police Custody Till July 3
Pune, June 29, 2026: A local court on Monday remanded the two accused in the sensational Ketan Agarwal murder case Siya Goyal and her alleged accomplice Chetan Chaudhary to police custody till July 3, granting investigators additional time to continue their probe.
The prosecution argued that further custodial interrogation is essential to uncover the alleged conspiracy behind the murder, recover crucial physical evidence, and establish a complete sequence of events leading to the crime.
According to the prosecution, investigators require more time to verify evidence, examine the roles of both accused, and corroborate material collected during the investigation.

Siya Goyal and Chetan Chaudhary have been arrested for allegedly conspiring to murder Pune-based realtor Ketan Agarwal by pushing him into a gorge at Lohagad Fort on June 18. The accused have denied the allegations, which are yet to be tested before the court.
With the court extending police custody until July 3, investigators are expected to continue questioning the accused and gather additional evidence as the high-profile murder investigation progresses.
