Residents in central and south Kalyani Nagar are dealing with significant flooding problems during rains due to the malfunctioning storm water drainage system in Lanes 6, 13, Fortaleza, and Sky One.
The Dugad plot on Central Avenue is currently facing issues with businesses misusing the area by setting up illegal stalls, causing a disturbance.
The team highlighted the increasing presence of hawkers and businesses occupying footpaths, causing obstacles for pedestrians trying to move around.

The problems with collecting garden waste and construction debris (rada roda), the lack of staff, and the discontinuation of night sweeping routines were highlighted and discussed with the commissioner.
