AAI Recruitment 2025: Salary & Benefits

Selected candidates will receive a basic salary along with various benefits, including DA, HRA, CPF, Gratuity, Social Security Schemes, and medical benefits as per AAI rules.

• Senior Assistant Salary: ₹36,000 – ₹1,10,000
• Junior Assistant Salary: ₹31,000 – ₹92,000

AAI Recruitment 2025: Eligibility Criteria

• Senior Assistant: Graduation in the relevant field with experience.
• Junior Assistant (Fire Services): 10th pass with a valid driving license and firefighting training.
• Age Limit: Maximum 30 years as of March 24, 2025 (age relaxations applicable as per government norms).

AAI Recruitment 2025: Selection Process

The selection process includes two stages for both Junior and Senior Assistant posts. The exam will be conducted in Hindi or English, and no negative marking will be applied.
