Bal Melava held in Wanowrie
For the first time in Wanowrie, a Bal melava was held in Wanowrie’s Kakade maidan recently. The melava had various games and children’s playing equipment on which the children enjoyed and had a gala time. The melava was organised by Komal Shendkar and Sameer Shendkar.

The Wanawadi Summer Festival (Bal Melava) was inaugurated at the hands of ex Minister for State Dilip Kamble, Jagdish Mulik, president, Pune city, Bharatiya Janata Party, Pune Cantonment Assembly MLA Sunil Kamble, corporators Aarti Kondre, Kalinda Punde, Dhanraj Ghogre, Umesh Gaikwad, Dilip Giramkar, PCB vice president Sachin Mathurawala.
The programme saw dignitaries such as Deepti Patole, Cantonment Women’s Wing president, BJP, Umesh Shinde, Deepti Shetiya, Pravin Jagtap, Sanjay Lonkar, Vishal Kedari, Pallavi Kedari, Ujjwala Gaud, Anita Aarawan, Sushant Nigade, Dinesh Hole, Shyam Thakur, Aarif Sayyed, Surekha Gaikwad, Vivek Shinde and many others.
