CCTV Captures Koyta Gang Wreaking Havoc On Vehicles In Kondhwa; Pune Police Launch Probe

Pune: A disturbing CCTV video from Lakshmi Nagar in Kondhwa has captured a group of miscreants, believed to be members of the notorious “Koyta Gang,” vandalising a series of vehicles on Tuesday night. The footage, now viral on social media, shows the gang unleashing destruction on Lane Number 4, damaging nearly a dozen vehicles.

According to reports, the rampage resulted in severe damage to at least 10 to 12 vehicles, including nine two-wheelers, an auto-rickshaw, and a four-wheeler. The motive behind the attack remains unclear, but panic and concern have spread among local residents.
In the aftermath of the incident, approximately 12 to 14 affected individuals approached Kondhwa Police Station to file formal complaints. Authorities have registered FIRs and begun a detailed investigation into the matter.
Kondhwa police stated that the identification of the culprits is currently in progress. “We are closely analysing technical evidence, including CCTV footage, and assure that the accused will be arrested soon and face strict legal action,” they said.
